Novissa, the service centre appointed by KitchenAid in Switzerland, refuses to provide any service on appliances that were not imported through them, even if they are willing to pay. When you contact them, you are first asked what type of plug you have and where the appliance was purchased. This means you are completely reliant on Galaxus and so far at least, Galaxus is unable to do this.

It is best to send in the Kitchenaid out of warranty directly via the official website. This is usually quicker and you will receive a quote directly from the official partner.
