Hello everyone I have been using the Dreame L10s Pro Ultra Heat for a few days now and I have the feeling that it misses a lot of dirt and doesn't get rid of stains properly. Has anyone had this experience too, or is there a setting that I have overlooked so far?

Hello Martina,
the device works very well for more. you have to check in the settings that the suction power and the wetting of the mobs (depending on the condition of the floor) is set correctly. greetings
