Hello, I bought this device from Galaxus a few weeks ago. When I put it on its base it doesn't recognise it, it doesn't charge any more and if I ask it to do a self-cleaning via the application it asks me to put it on its base even though it is already installed on its base. Hello, we've checked the contacts on the base and the hoover and they're clean. We think that there really is a problem with the base because you just need to disconnect the base from the mains overnight and reconnect it in the morning and the hoover will work properly until the next time you use it.When you've finished using it, you put it back on the base and start the self-cleaning function, and the vacuum cleaner asks you to put it back on the base even though it's already on the base, and so on... Given that it's under warranty, what do you recommend?
