Bissell CrossWave C3 Select

Question about Bissell CrossWave C3 Select

Hello, I have the Bissell Crosswave C3 select. I love it and wouldn't want to be without it. Currently I have the problem that when I want to mop, it spits the dirty water in front of the head of the vacuum cleaner, so I have brown streaks and puddles everywhere. What is the reason for this? I am so sad about this and would be so grateful if someone could help me

I don't have this problem, but I clean more thoroughly.
1) I clean an area with the water dispenser switched on.
2. after this area is damp/soaked, I go over this area again, but without dispensing water. The floor is then slightly less damp and dries faster. This could also solve your problem, but it will take a little longer.

Hello, we have only used the Bissell CrossWave twice. We had no problems in the living area, but in the utility room, where the two cats leave a lot of dirt, a brown trail of dirt formed on the side of the wall, which we had to wipe away manually. This is undoubtedly due to the fact that the mop roller unfortunately does not reach across the full width, so this is a weak point in the design.

Bonjour. Mine too does the same unfortunately. I got wet wipes from the Migros so each time the Hoover spews the dirty water, I wipe with the wet wipes. It is a short term solution while waiting to hear if someone else has managed to resolve the problem.
