Hello, I ordered this kettle a few weeks ago and so far it has actually worked quite well. Recently, however, it seems to have sprung a leak and water is flowing from the filling area of the kettle to the outside. I therefore made a service/repair enquiry and instead of a repair I was refunded the price. Now I'm not sure whether I should just order the same kettle again and hopefully it won't have this defect. And if the new one leaks again, do I still have the right to request service/repair? Or is it just normal for such cheaper kettles to have leaks where water flows out?
