Hello, I would actually like to order the Eq 900 plus TQ 907fz3 fully automatic coffee machine from Siemens from Galaxus. What is causing me a bit of grief is that the fully automatic coffee machine is sent by Kaufsignal.ch and the purchase contract is concluded with this online shop. I have read many bad reviews about Kaufsignal.ch, including that the machines were faulty etc. or that none were in stock at all. Or there were none in stock, although they should have been in stock, there were also devices with scratches and boxes that had already been opened, etc. And if I have a warranty claim, do I have to process it via Galaxus or Kaufsignal? I would really like this fully automatic machine, but I'm very unsure 😞 It's also a hefty price (2499) and I would prefer a reputable online shop like Galaxus
