Question about Lodge Cast pan
Hello, is there anything you need to do before using it for the first time, or can you use it straight away?
You can use it straight away, comes pre seasoned. I am very happy with it.
It's always good to treat beforehand (and I did). Cf. Google search for "how to season a cast iron pan".
