Hello, I've put in a new dust bag but the drain doesn't work? I have cleaned and installed everything correctly. Do you know why?

Helpful answer
There is a sensor that recognises whether the bag is installed. This must receive sufficient pressure.
Given the general quality of this appliance, I would hardly be surprised if something was faulty.
Mine is being repaired for the third time. The previous one had to be completely replaced

The problem is usually not with the vacuum bag itself, but with the settings or the base station. Often, automatic emptying is deactivated in the application, the "Do Not Disturb" mode is active or the robot doesn't return properly to the station.

- Automatic emptying disabled
The Dreame application has a switch for automatic emptying. If this is deactivated, the robot will not empty itself automatically.

- Do Not Disturb (DND) mode
In DND mode, the base station does not empty the robot. Deactivate this mode in the robot management.
