Hello, we bought the Trisa Electronics Cyclone about 3 years ago. Unfortunately, it doesn't say how often you have to change the filter and it has sucked worse and worse. Especially on carpet, the result is not very satisfactory. The cord on ours is also very short. The dust sticks extremely to the material of the foot, i.e. the foot gets dirty very quickly on the inside and has to be cleaned constantly, as otherwise plugs form in the foot and clog it. Now I would like to order new filters, but I can't find any suitable ones, or it doesn't say here in the product description which filters I can buy for my type of hoover, it is apparently no longer in the range, but looks the same as this one. But maybe the poor suction performance is also a warranty issue? Who can help me here
