Unfortunately, the display (at the on/off switch) is permanently red and the power button at the front also flashes red. Message from the robot: please connect to power source. i have the same problem. the appliance has already been repaired once because the nozzles on one side did not work. it took several months to sort it out. now the appliance has been unused for about 11 months and now nothing works. it wants to be connected to the power supply. customer support was no help either. bad brand, poor quality, wasted money and time.
