Question about Dreame H12 Dual
Hello Has anyone had any experience of water not coming out when using the wet function? The fresh water tank is full and inserted correctly, but nothing happens when I want to mop. From time to time I get the message that the fresh water tank is empty although it is full. I have sent the appliance back and have now received a new one and doubt that both appliances have the same problem. I would be very grateful for any tips.

I received my appliance yesterday and have the same problem.
Correct tank, auto mode, but no water comes out. After a while it says "Fill fresh water tank".
Have you found a solution in the meantime?

I have the same problem, the water doesn't come out when the wet function is activated. I've tried emptying and refilling the small tank several times. Even putting a little in the large tank did nothing. I've sent the appliance back and am waiting for a reply from the warranty department.

So you have to fill the small tank with water and let it run in auto mode, then it runs for about 15 seconds and the rollers are wet.
I haven't had a problem with it yet. But I filled the wrong tank with fresh water the first time... 🙈 Did you fill the right one? How long have you had it?
