Hello I have had this machine for about 1 year and am very satisfied. I have always had ground coffee powder on the outside of the brewing unit. I have not changed the quantity. Is this normal, I hope not. What can I do about it? Clean the brewing unit regularly.

I have sent the machine in for repair.
Unfortunately, this did not bring the hoped-for success, it is now worse than before.
But yes, unfortunately it can happen, 2 weeks without coffee for nothing 😔
So I wouldn't recommend sending the machine in because of this.

Hello, I have the same problem. That's probably the case in this price range. You just have to clean it more often. Greetings
