Hello, I've never had an air conditioner and when I read the instructions, I see that you have to drain it. Is the drain hose included? Thank you for your help.

The drain hose is included only for the cooling function. For the heating function, the necessary hose (larger diameter) must be purchased; they are available from DIY stores.
