Hello, May I kindly ask you to comment on the warranty information from the manufacturer's website: "Warranty 3 year product warranty (repair, replacement or refund at the discretion of Sage Appliances) with a 30 year warranty on the motor. This replaces and cancels any 2-year or 25-year warranties that may have applied to previous orders of the Kitchen Wizz™ 15 Pro" Many thanks and best regards

Unfortunately, we are not in a position to comment on an external manufacturer's warranty - we offer our usual 24-month bring-in retailer warranty on this item. If a manufacturer's warranty is available, you can of course choose whether you want to have the service case handled by us or the manufacturer. However, we are not directly involved with Sage's processes.
