Hello, My Braava m6 is on its home base after work. A melody sounds at regular intervals. It lights up or pulses white. No error message is displayed in the app. How do I get rid of this melody? Is this normal? Greetings Anita Allmann

Hello Anita
Your Braava may have a software problem. Try resetting it. To do this, hold down the three buttons on the robot until the white light ring lights up in a circle.
If this doesn't work, you are welcome to send it to our service centre in 4803 Vordemwald, Aargau or come and see it yourself. If you send it in, you can create a ticket at https://www.irobot.ch under Support/Warranty and Repair/Open Repair Ticket.

It says that it is finished with its wiping programme. The melody and the white light are therefore normal.
