Question about Dyson Hot + Cool AM09
Hello, Question for those of you who have been using it for a while: we're looking for an efficient fan, but is this model efficient in summer with the heatwaves we're having now? The price isn't cheap, so we might as well invest in a model that can be used in winter as well as in summer when it's very hot. Thank you very much for your advice.

If you are looking for a powerful, high-quality fan that also works as a fan heater in winter, the AM09 is a good choice. For pure cooling in extreme heat, it is not as good as an air conditioner; it cannot cool the air, it can only move it, i.e. improve the perceived temperature, but not lower the room temperature. But it is often more energy-efficient and more flexible.
Thanks for the feedback. We were hesitating between the dyson and the philips 7000, the dyson has more negative reviews on the fan. Reviews from customers who are satisfied with the dyson fan help.
