Question about Saeco New Royal Black

Hello We look after a cafeteria in a sports hall on a voluntary basis in our spare time when our teams are playing. There are an average of 6 home tournaments per year and each coffee machine has to produce around 120 to 150 coffees. The rest of the time the machine is in the cupboard. We offer normal coffee and espresso. Questions: Is this machine suitable for such use? If the machine reports "cleaning" or "descaling", how many coffees can still be produced? And the last question: How long does it take for the coffee or espresso to be produced?

Hi, we use the machine in our open-plan office, producing 70-100 coffees a day. We also use filtered water, but it needs descaling from time to time (depending on use, maybe once a month or every 2 months). For a ristretto coffee, it takes about 20 seconds.
I hope I've answered your questions.

The machine runs daily in a department with around 10 employees. As we use decalcified water, we neglect descaling and preparation is quick and easy
