Hello What exactly is the scope of delivery? This machine is also sold in well-stocked coffee shops. Does anyone have any knowledge about the workmanship and any other experiences?

water tank isn't especially big for professional use, but i'm a beginner. i just bought it because the ratings are good and because it's cheap. bought it a week ago for my morning-coffee and nothing to complain yet.
We ordered the machine twice (the second time because the first one was broken). The second one was also defective.
Better to go directly to a coffee shop.
