Hi all, I bought my second xiaomi x20, unfortunately with this one I have a problem, the light keeps turning red and it tells me I have to reconnect it to the power, I tried moving it next to the one I already have thinking it was the connection, but nothing, it doesn't work. Do you know how I can do this? Thanks

Yes, it's charging, it's working but every time I have to connect to the app to get it started it gives me problems and lights up orange, then goes back to working.
