Question about KitchenAid Sausage filling horn
Hi everyone, I have a question. The instructions at http://docs.whirlpool.eu/_doc/manssade.pdf state that when fitting the sausage horn, a "lock (C) must be fitted on the square shaft at the end of the auger", quote: "Place the lock (C) on the square shaft at the end of the auger". Is this lock included with the sausage horn? Thank you very much for feedback, greetings. Gio.
The locking device (C) is included in the scope of delivery.

First the most important thing. The product only works together with the mincer set. As far as I know, it comes with a small, round plastic part with 2 flanges (c) that holds the shaft of the feed screw at the sausage end of the mincer housing in the centre. The small, inconspicuous thing is unfortunately essential, because at least I don't use mincer discs for "stuffing".
