Hi, I recently ordered a Roborock 7 from galaxus but all my attempts to connect it to the app fail. The last step of the installation always goes wrong at " device is connecting to the network " and then " try again (-1009.2) ". I've checked everything: WPA2 security key, rebooted wifi iPhone Roborock several times, disabled 5Ghz connection, in flight mode, tried on both apps... nothing works. Has anyone had the same problem and knows a solution? Thanks a lot!
