Have high gloss tiles, does anyone have experience with this? Normally I always have to dry the floor so that there are no streaks. Steam cleaner didn't help either... and I'm tired of cleaning the floor 3 times so to speak (vacuum, wet, dry) ^^

I have the same problem with black high-gloss tiles, where you can see every drop of water (limescale).

I tried distilled water and it was better, but still not good.

I haven't tried the cleaning agent yet, but it might help.

i have the h12 pro new and have only used it once. you definitely don't have 3 passes.
it vacuums and mops very well in one pass. i have about 145 square metres to clean and that was enough from the battery, water and dirty water. but i don't have a high gloss floor so i can't really answer that.
on the parquet floor, when the light shines directly on it, i see very fine streaks, on the tile floor everything is tip-top.
I used to have a fan that was very complicated and time-consuming to clean after mopping.
I'd say it definitely makes work easier, and for me it's good value for money.

Hello, I had the same problem as you in my bathroom. Using cold water and their product, this appliance doesn't leave any marks. Obviously, the dirtier the brush, the greater the risk. 2 friends saw it in action at my house, and ordered it when they sat down for a drink :) You need to fill it with clean water every 2/3 uses, empty the dirty water every 4/5 uses and spend 20 minutes every week cleaning it completely. I've been using it every day for 6 months, and by following these recommendations, it's stayed as good as new. According to my wife, it has changed our lives ;)

I have a laminate floor, 2 dogs and 1 cat, so sometimes I vacuum first if there is a lot of hair, otherwise it is not necessary, the h12 pro vacuums very well and leaves no marks on the floor. Of course the floor remains slightly wet and you have to wait for it to dry before walking on it, but this applies to any kind of cleaning with water.
I highly recommend the use of this floor cleaner.

I think you have to dry it here, because my floor is wet when I drive through it. But I have matt and rough tiles.

I have a polished cement floor and it works well for me. It doesn't leave streaks unless you turn it off for a moment and then turn it on again, but all you need to do is run over the streak and it's gone. I have a dog and I do have to vacuum up the hair beforehand if it's very hairy, but otherwise I'm very happy with the machine.
