Second mobile with hotspot to install everything because you have to connect to the wifi from your robot with your mobile/app

According to the internet:
"You can clean without wifi, but you lose all the smart functions, remote control, timed cleaning and map view."
(this is probably at the touch of a button on the device itself)
You may be able to connect the device via a mobile phone hotspot, but I haven't found anything on this at the moment.

Unfortunately I don't know. I have it connected to wifi. You'll have to ask digitec, they'll know for sure
