How long does it take to cook 3 cups of uncooked rice? Can it make sushi rice? Does it make a loud beeping sound when the rice is cooked?

In the quick programme approx. 20 min. Sushi rice goes well. Beeps once approx. 5min before the end, then at the end of the programme
