How many kg of dough can this machine knead? I had an older Bosch MUM that struggled with 1kg. But since I was otherwise more than satisfied with the functions, I am considering buying this machine, provided I can process several kg of dough.

It always depends on the ingredients. 1.5 kg is easy for a plait dough. Tip: Take the butter out of the fridge 30 minutes beforehand, so the shoots live much longer.
