So once again. Don't panic. Continue to use the pan and refrain from using metal utensils in future. Use wood or silicone-coated cooking utensils and there will be no more scratches. And don't overheat the pan...

The pan can continue to be used as normal. There is no risk to health. Only the non-stick function will no longer work at this point. However, in the case of a single scratch, the problem should be very limited. I have eaten food from damaged Teflon pans so often in my life. Apart from roof damage, my health is fine. 😉

So don't worry. Just keep using it until the food keeps sticking due to the lack of non-stick function. Then it's time for a new pan.
