I am worried that removing the lid is uncomfortable. And because of the silver color of the round handle, i am also afraid that it could be hot because it looks like metal. What is your experience with this? Is it ok?

No, the handle does not get hot at all.
The lid gets warm, but there is no risk of burning. (Except for the valve, which is self-explanatory).
What is unpleasant is the edge of the pot sticking to the lid. In any case, I have problems with this.
