Question about De'Longhi Nespresso Gran Lattissima
I bought this version and registered with Nespresso. Promo credit but only 50 fr with one order. It says that only 50 Fr will be credited with each order. That means it would be 4 orders before the 200 Fr are used up. I have placed an order and wanted to place the next one straight away, but I have not received a promo code to activate the next 50 Fr. What am I doing wrong? Please help anyone who has already activated the 200 Fr. Greetings

I got this version myself a few days ago and activated the coffee promo and ordered coffee. Reduction of 50 Fr.
And yes, you're right about 4 orders.
It works as follows:
1. register (existing or new customer), activate promo using serial no. of the machine and trigger first order (as you did), at least for 50.- order value. Then the promo is active and you will see the reduction.
2. for the other 3 orders there is therefore no further promo code or the like. The way it works here is that you log in to your Nespresso account used for the promo, either online via the browser or you get the Nespresso app (like me, if you haven't already done so ;) and then place another order there (but I don't know if you have to wait a day before the next order or if the first order simply has to be processed first).
Now to the crux of the matter: you select the coffee you want in the shop again, add it to cart and make sure that the order is over CHF 50. The 50 reduction should now be automatically deducted and displayed in the cart.
Whether all 4 x 50 reduction will then apply and how long it will be automatically activated in the cart is a matter of trust on the part of Nespresso's promise and is based on the hope that it will hopefully still be valid and automatically activated a few months later. (I didn't want to order so much coffee straight away, as we drink moderately ^^)
Well then, try it out for yourself, hope it works. Unfortunately I can't attach a screenshot here, I would have prepared one for you, but hopefully you'll see it yourself in your cart.
