I can't manage to switch off my Winbot W2 completely: the battery is discharging and the robot is making noises. It stops when I plug it back in, but I'm not going to leave it plugged in permanently! I don't understand how to turn it off completely. Can you help?

If you press the button for a long time, it should actually switch off, even if it is connected to the socket. Without a power connection, it will switch off at some point because it only has an emergency battery.
