Question about iRobot Roomba 980
I have a long pile carpet that the Roomba 891 can't get past or ends up getting stuck on. Does the 980 have a better crossing capacity?

Raised floor mats are not suitable for Roomba. As these carpets have very high floors and are soft, the Roomba sinks into them and cannot move. The carpet should not exceed 1-2 cm and the length of the fringes should not exceed 6 cm.
Roomba brushes are designed to immediately turn in the opposite direction at the slightest resistance to "develop" any coiled cords or similar.

Same problem for the 980... unfortunately
