Question about Dreame H12 Pro Ultra
I have had the Dreame H12 for just over 1 month. I notice that almost no water comes out to mop the floor. Is that normal? The tank is still filled up the same way as at the beginning, I don't know how to proceed, I have read the whole manual, but I haven't got any clearer. Please help me .

Hello, this seems to be a problem. I get quite a lot of water and the tank is also empty at the end. Maybe something (hair, lint) is blocking the opening?

No problem for me! Have you tried switching from automatic mode to ultra mode to see if more water was used? If not, plan to return it to the after-sales service, your appliance has a problem....
