I have just installed the machine. Didn't find the water hardness test strip in the scope of delivery, even though it should be included. Everything else was included... is it hidden somewhere?

The water hardness test strip was included in my delivery. But I can no longer tell you exactly where it was packaged.
To find out the water hardness, you can also ask your local water supply company or you can even find it online.
