I have just picked up my electric coffee maker ordered from you, as it was sold cheaper than in my small coffee shop. I was disappointed to find that the plug is not for Switzerland and that this is not clearly stated in the description. An adapter must take up space. I would have paid a little more for a Swiss plug. I have the impression that I have been cheated.

This is an oversight on our part. Some of the products sold on our site come from German suppliers, so they do not have a Swiss plug. However, we are obliged to sell them with mini adapters (https://www.galaxus.ch/fr/s4/product/max-hauri-adaptateur-fixe-prise-schuko-type-ef-cee-77-adaptateurs-pour-prise-electrique-5857871). You can contact our customer service so that we can send it to you free of charge. Once you have received the adapter, simply clip it onto the European size plug and you are done! The plug is only slightly longer than a Swiss plug, but using the adapter does not change the performance and quality of the goods.
