I have ordered the Hendi ice crusher, is it possible that it does not come with a Schuko type 12, CEE 7/7 coupling included?

When I ordered this ice crusher in January 2022, I can confirm that the Schuko type 12, CEE 7/7 plug adaptor was included.
I think this is an oversight.
Just ask Galaxus and they should normally send it to you. I once had this problem with a microwave from Germany.
Clutch for what ?
