The part is called HR3660/55 (in English Tumbler) and you can find it on British Amazon, costs around 15chf. You have to unscrew the knife from the original glass holder and put it into the smoothie cup. But it's much more practical than having to clean the big thing every time you have a cocktail...

I bought the blender in 2018 for friends abroad and wanted to order a replacement jar from Philips to be on the safe side.
Philips sent me the following reply at the time:
