I have the De'Longhi Magnifica Start ECAM222.60.BG I can't make a cappuccino with a lot of milk even if I put the milk up to C x2 it only uses one portion of milk. How can I do this?
With your De'Longhi Magnifica Start ECAM222.60.BG, you can adjust the amount of milk yourself:
Press and hold the cappuccino button until the desired amount of milk is in the glass → then release, the machine saves this setting.
Make sure that the milk system is clean and correctly inserted.
The "My Latte" function is more suitable for large glasses, as cappuccino has less milk by default.
If it still does not work, please contact De'Longhi Customer Service, as there may be a fault with the milk system.
