Question about Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra

I have two of these devices. One in the shop and one at home. I was able to operate both perfectly from my app. Since last week, the app has stopped working on both. The message that appears says that "the device does not support internet access in the current region" - I have reset both devices several times - but they still don't work. Is the problem known? Solution?

I actually wrote to Roborock support and they solved the problem within 24 hours. I had to send the serial number of the device and the proof of purchase - and I have the feeling that I was then "unlocked". About 24 hours later, I received notification that it should now work - and indeed, the app worked again on both devices and everything has been running smoothly ever since.

Perfect, they have now also replied that I should send SN and proof of purchase. Then it should be fine. It's interesting, I have friends with the same device who bought it via Galaxus and they have no problems. Probably some of the SN slipped into the wrong list at Roborock or something like that.

I have the same fault. I have now written to Roborock Support. Have you received a solution yet?

I am not aware of the problem. You could delete the app and reinstall everything. If necessary, write to Roborock Support. Please let us know what the problem was, if solved. Thank you and good luck.
