It is important for me to know whether the inner container is made of food-safe stainless steel and exactly what temperature can be set, because I want to cultivate raw food yoghurts.

Hello, the inner container is made of stainless steel. 
I don't know how to change the temperature of the yoghurt. You can change the length of the programme though.
