Question about OmniBlend V Tm-800

I received the Omniblend today and noticed that it does not fit into the socket. Is the machine not suitable for Switzerland?

You need a power adapter. This is usually supplied with the unit. You can ask for it in a branch or via customer service :)
Ps: The blender is great!
