I recently bought the iron and am basically very satisfied with it. But today, for the third time, I had the problem that while I was steaming, brown liquid suddenly came out of the iron during ironing and soiled the washed clothes again. What could it be? It looks like rust water.

Hi Pat, I've had that too. For me, it helped to unscrew the Anti-Calc Collector (purple) on the right-hand side to let the accumulated limescale run out and clean the metal rod. Make sure you do this above the sink ;)
