I wanted to know if the Claire model can be used for sewing jeans? Is a teflon foot supplied? How many feed dogs does the machine have?

Yes, but never push or pull, let the feeder do the work, otherwise there are actually too many layers of fabric for this home machine.
For the teflon foot: No, it is not part of the standard delivery.
The machine has a 6-tooth claw.
