I would like to buy one of these rice cookers. However, as far as I know, Galaxus can't offer spare parts. I think that's not sustainable and is a short-term business move. Please improve this.

We are happy to take your input on board. Unfortunately, it is difficult or even impossible to sell spare parts for most of them. Fortunately, we have so far been able to repair all devices sent in for servicing.
