Unfortunately, I have no idea what PCA is supposed to be, but according to the manufacturer, all parts that come into contact with pressed material are BPA-free.
However, it is not known which plasticiser was used instead of BPA, and the substitute product may also be questionable.
If you want to be on the safe side, you should go for the "Super Angel Deluxe Stainless Steel Juicer". Here, stainless steel is suitable for food instead of plastic!

What is PCA? I can only agree with the previous comment. BPA-free products are not necessarily "healthier".
