Question about SodaStream Duo
I would like to use the bottles as normal glass carafes. How big is the opening? And is the lid really tight? Can I store them horizontally?

The glass bottle has a diameter of 3cm and this is leak-proof according to my experience.
In my experience, the bottles are also leak-proof and can be stored horizontally (provided they are well screwed down, of course).
