The 80,- promotion is displayed right on the Dolce Gusto homepage. Click on it and fill in all the details correctly, including attaching a screenshot or photo of the confirmation or purchase. You will then find your credits in your account under Vouchers. Currently the 20% and the two 40,-. If it still doesn't work, be sure to contact Dolce Gusto customer service. Good luck ;-)

You won't find it in the package either. Simply open an account on the Dolce Gusto homepage, register your new machine (the invoice email from Galaxus is sufficient as the purchase date) and the two promo vouchers of 40,- will be credited to your account. The promo code in the small booklet that comes with the machine gives you an additional 20% off everything ;-)
