If you add too little oil, the deep fryer has a safety mechanism. Now that it has cooled down, it still won't run. Does anyone know the problem? Has a fuse blown completely and needs to be replaced? There is very little information about the appliance on the Internet Can this be done without sending it in? It would be absolutely cheeky if it is already broken after overheating once, or if the safety mechanism is so badly designed that the appliance is defective afterwards :(

Mine lost oil after just one year and the lid was not tight! Steam came out. During operation it smelled of burnt plastic. I never had any problems with Brack models. I kept buying new ones because they were very dirty. They all still worked .

It's in the instructions. Never operate with too little oil. If the thermostat has tripped, the next point of contact is the manufacturer.
