This product comes with a 24-month warranty. If there is a technical defect upon receipt (DOA), you can contact us directly via digitec Assistant so that you can be helped accordingly. If the product is still functional, a decision will be made on a case-by-case basis as to whether it will be repaired or replaced directly.
