The combi-nozzle is not exactly the same as the "Musclehead floor nozzle", the combi-nozzle in this product is rather a further development of the Muscleton which really has a very good suction power on parquet, tiles and carpet and adapts to the respective surface.
The stair nozzle is not included in the package. However, the combi nozzle, the parquet brush nozzle, upholstery nozzle (brilliant thing for dusting) and the "nozzle for corners & edges extension" with brush that can be pushed onto it are included in the package.
For us, it was definitely enough additional material for all cleanings.
