In the article details it says coating = Teflon. Is this correct, or is this hopefully a Galaxus error? If the latter, is it coated somehow or is it just pure cast iron? It says that the pan is already baked on. Does this mean that it is coated with something, or simply oiled and heated a little, etc., as I should do before using a "naked" pan for the first time?
