Is a cleaning agent used for wet cleaning? If so, can any product be used?

No, no cleaning agent should be used. The wiping function is absolutely useless anyway. Even after the third replacement, hardly any water comes out. The appliance is not recommended for mopping under any circumstances. It is an absolute misconstruction for this purpose.
